Armandino Manjate is a former professional player who played first division football in Portugal for Sporting CP. He became Technical Director of the Ontario provincial soccer program, coached Derick Sequeira from age 13, helped him reach Team Canada, and also sent Marlon Sequeira to first division football in Brazil.
Today, Armandino scouts in Portugal through relationships connected to SC Braga, Benfica, and Sporting Lisbon. Portugal is the first serious anchor, not the ceiling. The pathway exists because of a long professional relationship built on preparation, trust, and the standard required to survive in a professional football environment.

The Four Phases
How the pathway works.
This is not random exposure. The pathway is built in order: assess the player, develop what is missing, expose the player through the right environment, and route selected players into the correct professional conversation.

Assess
The player is evaluated across technical, tactical, physical, mentality and behavior standards. The goal is to identify the level, the gaps, and whether the player is ready for a serious pathway conversation.

Develop
The player builds the missing standard before entering the bigger room. This can include pro training, tactical education, physical habits, behavior standards, video, and accountability.

Project Zero does not inflate numbers or call a camp visit a trial. Real outcomes are verified through documentation, roster listings, written confirmation, or official club records.
Verified Trial Invitation
Official written invitation to train at a professional club facility, confirmed by club staff and documented.
Club Integration
Player invited back and integrated into an age-group squad for extended evaluation in a real team training environment.
Development Contract
Player offered a formal development contract and enters the official club system. This is the highest verified outcome.
