Project Zero works with players and families who want professional outcomes. That means the people around the player must communicate clearly, show up prepared, protect the brand, and represent the pathway with seriousness.

  • You have professional standards and take preparation seriously.
  • You communicate clearly with players, parents and staff.
  • You understand that development, behavior and accountability matter.
  • You can work inside a system without trying to make it about yourself.
  • You want to help players enter better rooms with better preparation.

Bad Fit

  • You are casual with time, details, follow-up or communication.
  • You overpromise outcomes or sell dreams without standards.
  • You care more about status than player development.
  • You cannot handle feedback, structure or accountability.
  • You do not understand the seriousness of pathway relationships.

How we review team applicants.

Step 01

Step 02

Review

We review fit based on standards, experience, communication and current business needs.

Step 03

Interview

Selected candidates are invited into a conversation about role, expectations, standards and availability.

Step 04

Trial

Some roles may require a trial project, event shift, coaching observation or sample work before joining.
