SC Braga.
The Real Door.

Project Zero is not Braga. We built the relationship that gives North American players direct access to one of Europe's most ambitious clubs. This is the only verified pathway of its kind on this continent.

Why This Club

QSI · PSG Ownership Group · Liga Portugal

SC Braga is backed by Qatar Sports Investments (QSI) — the same group behind Paris Saint-Germain, 2025 UEFA Champions League winners. QSI holds a 29.6% stake in Braga. Verified. Not a marketing claim.

Braga players are currently on the Portuguese, Chilean, Moroccan, and Uruguayan national teams. Their 2025–26 season saw them reach the UEFA Europa League Semi-Finals. Their academy pipeline produced players now at Man City, Barcelona, and Chelsea.

This relationship was built by Derick through his professional career in Portugal. No agents. No middlemen. A direct scout connection that took years to earn.

March 2026 — Project Zero in Braga, Portugal

We've Already
Been There.

This is not a pitch. These are photos from inside SC Braga's academy — taken by our players on the actual pitch in March 2026. The pathway is real and it has already opened.

The Standard

Assess. Develop.
Expose. Place.

Project Zero is not a training camp. It is a professional development system for players who want to reach the next level. Everything we do is measured against the standard European clubs actually use.

01
Assess

Every player is evaluated against the European standard using our five-pillar KPI framework. You get a real score and a real plan — not a feeling.

02
Develop

Custom development work built around the gaps the assessment revealed. Behavior, mentality, technical, tactical, physical — all of it addressed.

03
Expose

We put the player in front of the right eyes. Verified trial invitations with clubs we have direct relationships with. No agents involved.

04
Place

Club integration. Development contract. The door only opens when the player is ready and we can prove it.

Five Pillars

What Decides If A Player
Is Actually Ready.

Behavior

How you carry yourself every single day — not just when the lights are on.

Mentality

Resilience. Accountability. What happens when it gets hard.

Technical

Ball mastery. First touch. Execution under fatigue and pressure.

Tactical

Reading the game. Decision-making. Space, time, and team shape.

Physical

Speed, endurance, strength, and resilience at professional intensity.

What The Work Actually Looks Like

The 90-Day
Development System.

When a player enters the Project Zero system, they don't just show up and train. They get a score, a plan, and a target. Here is what the 90-day development period actually covers.

Technical Foundation
Weeks 1–4

Ball mastery sequences, first-touch repetition under pressure, positional footwork, and one-v-one execution. Built from the Braga academy methodology — not a local trainer's opinion.

Tactical Intelligence
Weeks 3–8

Reading the game, movement patterns, positional understanding, and decision-making under fatigue. Video analysis used alongside field sessions to accelerate recognition speed.

Physical Preparation
Weeks 1–12 (ongoing)

Speed, endurance, and strength programming built to European professional standards. Players are also given a nutrition framework — the same type used by Braga's academy staff.

Mentality & Behavior
Every session

Accountability protocols, daily standard tracking, and regular check-ins on behavior away from the pitch. European clubs evaluate character as much as skill. We build both.

Exposure Preparation
Weeks 8–12

Simulated trial environments, scout-facing behavior, how to perform when it counts. The mental and physical preparation for being evaluated by a professional club for the first time.

KPI Report & Score
Week 12

Every player exits with a written KPI report scored across all five pillars. This is their passport into the pathway — the document that gets presented to club staff alongside Derick's recommendation.

The Pathway

The Problem Is Not
Talent. It's Access.

There are approximately 200 Canadian players playing professionally worldwide. That number isn't low because the talent doesn't exist. It's low because the system to build and place that talent didn't exist — until now.

0.5%

Less than 0.5% of youth players ever play professionally. Talent alone is not enough.

~200

Approximately 200 Canadians playing professionally worldwide. The pathway to Europe is almost entirely relationship-driven.

1

One trusted door is all it takes — but only when the player is prepared to walk through it.

The gap is not just talent.
The gap is readiness and access.
Core Values

What We Stand For.

Standards

We only work with what we can prove. Every claim is backed by a score, a report, or a contract. No noise.

Accountability

Players are responsible for the work. Parents for the environment. We are responsible for the system.

Readiness

The door comes after the standard. We do not put players in front of clubs before they are ready.

Behavior

How a player carries themselves every day determines whether the pathway opens. Character is the first pillar.

Pathway

Exposure without a destination is tourism. We build toward verified trial invitations and development contracts.

Results

We only count what we can prove. Verified trial invitation. Club integration. Development contract. Everything else is practice.

From World Cup to Pathway System

The Dream
Became The System.

Project Zero was not built in a boardroom. It was built from lived experience — every failure, every door opened, and every professional environment that showed what the standard actually looks like.

2005

Cut From A Local Club

The starting point. Being cut taught Derick that raw talent without a system gets you nowhere. The standard had to be learned, not assumed.

2009

Ontario Program and Brazil Experience

First exposure to elite professional environments outside Canada. The gap between local and international standards became impossible to ignore.

2011

Italy and National Team Preparation

Training in Europe. First exposure to what professional clubs actually demand on and off the pitch at an elite level.

2012

Spain, Toronto FC, and World Cup Qualifying

Professional contract. Team Canada. World Cup qualifying. The standard became real at the highest level.

2013

FIFA World Cup and Elite Club Competition

Playing against the best in the world revealed exactly what the gap looks like — and why most players never close it.

2023

10X Certified Business Coach

The same discipline that built a professional career applied to building a business. Systems, targets, accountability, and revenue processes that actually work.

2025

Project Zero and the SC Braga Pathway

The full system opens. Direct partnership with SC Braga. The first official ID Camp brings the European opportunity to North America. The pathway is now real and verifiable.

One trusted door can change
the entire conversation.

Frequently Asked
Questions.

No — and we will never claim that. What we guarantee is that the best performers are formally presented to SC Braga's coaching and scouting staff with Derick's direct recommendation. Contracts are earned on the pitch. Our job is to make sure your player is in the room where it actually happens — fully prepared.

No. The ID Camp pass gives your player eligibility to be selected for Portugal based on their performance. The Portugal camp (August 16–28) is a separate investment, by invitation only. Full details including pricing are provided to selected players after the ID Camp concludes.

U7 through U18. All positions. U7–U13 trains 9:00AM–12:00PM daily. U14–U18 trains 2:00PM–4:30PM daily. Both groups are evaluated directly by SC Braga's official coaching and scouting staff.

Derick Sequeira built a direct personal relationship with SC Braga through his professional playing career in Portugal and Europe. This is an official partnership — not a third-party agency arrangement. The March 2026 group trained directly with SC Braga's named coaching staff and received official written evaluation reports from the club.

Both camps follow the exact same standard and are evaluated by the same SC Braga staff. Choose based on location. Toronto runs July 6–10 at G. Ross Lord Park, North York, ON. Fort Lauderdale runs July 27–31. Top performers from both camps are equally eligible for the Portugal invitation.

All major credit cards, Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay are accepted at checkout. Financing starts at $33/month — making this accessible for every serious family regardless of budget.

Yes — significantly. Most programs connect you to agents who take fees with no guaranteed access. Project Zero is built on a direct club relationship that Derick spent years building as a professional player. Armandinho Manjate flies here personally. The evaluation reports come from the club directly. There are no agents, no middlemen, and no promises we cannot keep.
