These Terms & Conditions govern every registration, package, camp, and program operated under the Project Zero name — including the SC Braga ID Camps and the European Pathway. Read them before you commit.
By registering a player, purchasing a package, or otherwise using Project Zero's services, the purchasing adult ("you," "Parent/Guardian," or "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the participating minor or player. If you do not agree, do not register, purchase, or participate.
Project Zero is a youth soccer training, development, and camp organization. We provide coaching, training sessions, evaluation reports, and — where applicable — introductions to partner organizations for identification (ID) camps and showcase events.
Project Zero is not a FIFA licensed match/player agent or intermediary, and does not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any player in any contract negotiation, transfer, or professional placement, unless a separate, explicit, written representation agreement has been signed by Project Zero and the player's legal guardian(s).
Participation in any Project Zero program — including any SC Braga ID Camp or similar showcase — does not create any agency, fiduciary, representation, or intermediary relationship between Project Zero and the player or family, and does not obligate Project Zero, its founder, coaches, or staff to disclose personal professional licensing, credentials, or third-party correspondence to any party who is not a signed representation client.
Invitations to trials, camps, or evaluations extended by any third-party club or federation (including SC Braga) are made solely at that third party's discretion. Such invitations are not offers, guarantees, contracts, or commitments of any kind.
Most participants are minors. By registering a minor, the registering adult represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or hold legal authority to enter into this agreement on the minor's behalf, and consent to the minor's participation in all associated physical training activities.
Where required, guardians consent to the collection and processing of the minor's personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Package inclusions, pricing, and any advertised value comparisons are described at the time of purchase and are subject to the specific written description provided at checkout or in the applicable order form, which forms part of these Terms for that purchase.
Project Zero reserves the right to substitute a comparable session, coach, or format where a named coach or date becomes unavailable due to injury, illness, travel, scheduling conflict, or other reasonable cause, without this constituting a material breach. All fees are due as stated at registration, taxes included or added as stated at checkout.
All purchases are final. Project Zero operates on a camp-credit model: no cash refunds are issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, or partial use of a package. Where Project Zero is unable to deliver a specific paid component in full, our sole obligation is, at our discretion, to (a) reschedule it, (b) substitute a comparable component of equal value, or (c) issue a credit toward a future program. Cash refunds are issued only where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Players, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward Project Zero coaches, staff, volunteers, partner organizations, and other participants and families — in person, and in every written, verbal, or electronic communication.
The following, without limitation, are grounds for immediate removal with no refund or credit owed:
Project Zero reserves sole discretion to determine whether conduct violates this section and to remove any participant or family from current and future programs accordingly. This right survives termination of these Terms.
Any Client removed under Section 5, or found to have materially violated these Terms, forfeits all fees paid — in full, including for services not yet rendered. Forfeiture is a genuine pre-estimate of the administrative, reputational, and operational cost of a breach, not a penalty, and applies regardless of how much of the program has been completed at the time of removal.
Forfeiture under this section is in addition to, and does not limit, Project Zero's other rights and remedies under these Terms or at law, including the indemnification obligations in Section 13.
Any concern regarding services rendered, billing, or package delivery must first be raised directly with Project Zero, in writing, through official Academy contact channels, within 14 days of the event giving rise to the concern. Project Zero will make reasonable efforts to review and respond within a reasonable time.
Soccer training and camp participation carry inherent physical risk, including risk of injury. By registering, the guardian acknowledges this risk on behalf of the participant and authorizes Project Zero staff to seek or administer emergency first aid or medical treatment if needed. Project Zero programs follow applicable Ontario concussion-safety requirements, including Rowan's Law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, guardians release and hold harmless Project Zero, its founder, coaches, staff, and partner organizations from claims arising from ordinary risks of athletic participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Guardians grant Project Zero a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph, film, and use the participant's image, name, and likeness captured during programs for reasonable promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the program start date.
Project Zero makes no guarantee, express or implied, that participation will result in selection for any trial, camp invitation, club contract, scholarship, or professional opportunity. References to alumni outcomes, partner relationships, or scouting connections are illustrative only and are not a promise of results for any individual participant.
Where a program is delivered in partnership with a third-party club, academy, or federation (including SC Braga), that organization is a separate and independently operated legal entity. Project Zero is not responsible for, and does not control, that organization's selection decisions, internal policies, licensing requirements, or communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Zero's total liability arising out of any program or purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Project Zero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Project Zero, its founder, staff, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the Client's breach of these Terms, misrepresentation made at registration, or misconduct described in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings. Nothing in this section limits either party's rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 where applicable.
Project Zero may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively to purchases made after the updated Terms are posted, and do not retroactively alter the terms of a purchase already completed.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Together with the applicable program-specific order form and Participant Agreement, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
