Most participants are minors. We collect a minor's personal information only through, and with the consent of, the minor's parent or legal guardian at registration. We limit collection to what is reasonably necessary to deliver training, evaluation, and safety services, and do not knowingly permit minors to independently submit personal information without guardian involvement.
